Company knowingly damaged my 2025 Ultimate GMC. Did not provide adequate worksite safety barrier. Stopped and notified them immediately. I informed them that it could have been a child's face pelted with the piece of debris that failed to be safely contained within their worksite. Travis Sells stated he receives 1000's of complaints. When incidents or accidents occur no matter the cause, they are not accountable for anyone's damages or injuries. Based on this conversation and observation of the company in general they appear to have zero integrity or concern for their community.
New to the company but I can say that i definitely feel at home with this company. From the receptionist lady when you first walk in to Mayra in HR. She did an awesome job explaining the job, benefits that came with Crossland and helped with any questions I had. She got my hiring process moving quickly and when the clinic for my DOT physical messed up. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She reach out on my first day at Crossland and once again at my 90 day mark to see how it was going for me. She states if I had any questions or issues to not hesitate to let her know at HR. I’ve worked with Robert Adams on many projects over the years. Experience shows. He’s got an amazing team of professionals around him capable of executing on the most demanding and high profile projects. Highly recommend Robert and Crossland Construction!
