Palm Beach Tan in Rogers is a very nice salon with a great remodel. The location offers top-notch tanning beds, spray tanning, and red light services. The staff is consistently described as sweet, welcoming, kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about products and services. Employees go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, provide help with complex issues, and offer personalized attention. Customers report being helped quickly and informed about specials. However, multiple reviews express disappointment regarding management's requirement for associates to stand at all times. The concern is that standing for hours on concrete floors is damaging to their bodies, and there is a strong recommendation for management to provide chairs or stools for the staff at the front.
Great service, fully stocked, enjoyed the 2 turn spray tan. Tried medium instead of dark with no additives & it looked awesome! Great location too, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely stop back in when passing thru.
Payton is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond not only to make customers feel welcome, but also to be helpful. I had a complex issue at one point and discussed with multiple employees and others at the manager level. She was the one who provided the most help and encouragement. She has even figured out my tanning schedule and will personally call me when she thinks I may be coming in and lets me know if my typical machine is down. Palm Beach Rogers is very lucky to have her. That girl is going places!
Salon is very nice and the remodel is looking great. The ladies are great that work at this location, but I’m so disappointed in the management that requires these young ladies to stand at all times. Their knees, hips are going to pay the price as I had same type of requirements on me 30 YEARS AGO! We know better now that standing for hours on concrete floors is damaging to our bodies. Get chairs for your associates! They represent you well and they deserve to be treated as such!
