Melloy Concierge and Aesthetics Medical Group is a new medical practice in Northwest Arkansas, specializing in both family and aesthetic medicine. The practice offers concierge-style services, providing patients with better access to their physician, longer and more frequent appointments, preventative care, cost-effective treatment, same-day appointments, personalized care plans, and prompt follow-up. Patients praise the outstanding bedside manner of Dr. Melloy, who takes the time to explain and answer any questions. The facility is clean, and the staff are kind and caring, creating a welcoming environment. Patients describe Dr. Melloy and his wife Lana as a wonderful team, going above and beyond as medical providers and treating their patients like family.
Dr. Melloy is an outstanding physician. His bedside manner is impeccable. Dr. Melloy takes his time with all of his patients to explain and to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend everyone to go to his office and experience this outstanding level of customer service and care. Dr. Melloy and his office staff go above and beyond as a medical provider should.
Dr. Melloy greeted me personally at check-in. He was really personable and inquisitive. The facility is really clean and all the staff are kind. I would recommend and will be a returning patient.
