My twins have been patients of Dr Coats for years. My six month old now sees Dr. Coats as well. My children looks forward to their eye visits. They are very comfortable with Dr. Coats and staff. Dr. Coats is calm, patient and clearly comfortable with children. Somehow he remembers things my children have talked to him about over the years and he uses those topics to engage with my kiddos. We love our optometrist and his staff. Anytime we have had an emergency (trust me.. it’s happened) or an issue we were immediately taken care of. My family and I moved to Missouri 4 years ago, but we still come into Bentonville for our eye appointments, no way we are leaving our doctor!
Amazing personnel that go above and beyond at every visit!! Dr Merwin is Definitely the most thorough provider I've ever seen!
