i’ve come here a few times with my friend and unfortunately have had to switch stylist a couple of times due to them leaving the salon but i’m about to find a new salon. they never answer the phone, i’ve been trying to get my hair cut the last couple weeks and everyday i’ve called they never pick up their phone, even when i’ve been in the salon getting my hair done it’ll ring and ring and no one will answer it. so i finally decide to just drive up there, make my appointment in person. google says open since 9, i get there and there’s no one even there an hour later! this isn’t how you run a successful business. honestly just disappointed.Service: Hairstyling

Salon is great. Clean, neat & cute. Very welcoming. After years of not having any color in my hair I was recommended here by a couple of people, specifically with Kaitlyn. Long story short. I asked her for a balayage; sent her a picture of my hair BEFORE & specifically what I wanted. I received nothing close to what I asked her for. I came out of the salon with HIGHLIGHTS. After reaching out multiple times, she stopped replying. She offered to re-do it. I expected it to have been done correctly the first time. It says a lot when she even said “Maybe with time you’ll end up “liking” it. Just not professional.Service: Balayage
