“Our sweet dog, Lola, was having major issues, due to her old age. We took her to the animal hospital in Springdale, where they just wanted our money, and to not help our dog; was there all day; sent us on our way thinking their expensive “out patient treatment” was actually going to help. No, our dog was unfortunately too sick.
I’ve never been to this vet before, but the next day after the hospital, I made an appointment with them. When my dog was getting worse, I rushed her over there before the appointment time. They saw us IMMEDIATELY.
Unfortunately, they gave us the news, but in the most gentle way. They could tell we were heartbroken. One of the girls even pulled me out of the waiting room, as I was just a mess and gave me some water.
The girls and the doctor were so patient and gentle. The doctor was very informative as well in a calm tone and that helps a lot. I’m not one for doctors sugar coating anything.

Anyways, we decided to go the cremation route. They gave us our own box, they went as far as making us a card and each of the staff writing a sweet message on it and signing it. Literally brought tears to my eyes, we were so touched.

In all my years of being a pet owner, I’ve never received such kindness from a staff. As well as giving such clear information.

I can definitely say; we will be keeping this vet for our other two dogs and cat!
