Kelly and his team did an outstanding job upgrading the security system in our home. We have been in this home for 18 years and have used several security services over time. The upgrade included newer wireless sensor technology for carbon monoxide and smoke in locations we did not have monitored before. We now have upgraded control panels and the Alarm.com app has worked flawlessly so far. In summary, we are very pleased with the upgrades they did on our system. A major added bonus is our monthly cost of service has been reduced by 43% while adding features for monitoring that we did not have previously. He currently manages 2 properties for our nonprofit and we had a sudden move that none of us were expecting and Kelly chose to help us out to make this happen for us when he didn't have to.
