I go to Lora regularly for Bowenwork, and I feel so much better after a session. Misty is amazing and she has many massage techniques to get your problem areas. Both are excellent and I highly recommend.

My 92 year old mother and I both recommend it highly! we did the relaxation option, and though I am not terribly experienced in receiving massage, out of maybe 7 or 8 that I have received this was the best. My mom needed a more gentle approach and she was all smiles when it was over. They offer several options, one known as the “Bowen technique “ that focuses on specific nerve issues and requires specialized training. Folks with sciatica or carpal tunnel might be interested in that.
