UAMS Health - Kids First

Serving the children of Northeast Arkansas and the Pocahontas area, Kids First provides care for children with special needs using seven treatment rooms and a dedicated playroom. We work in cooperation with local and state colleges to provide training and observation for students in the nursing, special education and child development fields. Our clinic director is Rhonda Pattillo, M.Ed. About Our Clinic's History The decision to begin a UAMS Kids First clinic in Pocahontas was strengthened by strong local interest and emphasized by the unanimous support of people who attended a large community meeting held at Black River College.
