They are a great bandaid place for you and your family but if you need something important then you are better off going else where. I've been dealing with vision loss and needed a doctor's note saying I needed a downstairs apartment due to having troubles with the stairs. Needless to say I didn't get one. It took me 3 visits to get a brain scan to see if there was anything we could find. I'm definitely switching drs. I do however like the staff. The nurses and receptionist are great.

Pocahontas Family Medical Center is my clinic of choice in town. Dr Randy Guntharp and all of the staff is great. As a veteran who is a medical challenge due to service-connected and combat injuries, they have been professional and highly compassionate. As a retiree, I have virtually unlimited choices, and I am comfortable in the services provided by this unit. It certainly beats the VA!
