Ms. Erica at Walmart Pine Bluff Eye Care Center was outstanding great customer service I really enjoyed working with here for my eye care needs she goes above and beyond to unsure the customer is satisfied great experience thanks again.

I was 1st impressed with the staff cleaning the areas that is being used and they were intentional when they cleaned after serving the customer. Erica was the tech that served me at this location; Pine Bluff. She had patience and gave me feedback on the different frames I looked at. She help me choose 2 pair that was flattering for me. And the cherry on top was I bought in my old glasses that I had damaged the frame the night before and she was able to fix them for me! It's my opinion that Erica is an asset to Pine Bluff's Walmart Opticals and I will most definitely refer others there. The other staff members were nice and friendly also, but Erica gets 5 stars from me.
