They have a new guy that is good. Me and my son will definitely be back. He gave me life for my hair. Shampoo and cold conditioner that was great for these curls that really locked in the moisture you can really tell that he care for the hair!!!

As a faithful Smartstyle client, I was hit with something or someone that I cannot stomach. It is bad enough when the shop manager walks in and doesn't speak to clients, but to hire a stylist like the one I encountered today was awful. Why would anyone want to come into the shoppe and be told that stylist would be doing your hair. Has Smartstyle become a getto salon? What about the other stylists and their clients, many of whom are Senior citizens.

Paige, the manager, has the worst customer service. I was sitting waiting on her and she took a white customer before me and never apologized. This is the 2nd time being done like this. When it was brought to her attention, she said she was stressed......WHAT?!
