SmartCool of Arkansas "showed-up and showed-out!" I had a total unit transplant inside and outside. And of course it had to happen on a Saturday during the August Arkansas heat. Patrick & Lori had us shivering in the cold A/C asap! Plus their rates were "easy" on my wallet. I could not be happier with the service provided by the SmartCool techs. Keep up the good work!
Patrick and Lori are the bombdigity!!!! They just installed a complete heat and air system and duct work! They are very HONEST & PROFESSIONAL! They did amazing work and cleaned everything before they left! Their workers were very nice as well. They answered every single question we asked kindly and so we could all understood! They are AMAZING AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!!! They were considerate and kind to my young grandsons and their dogs too!
Our air conditioner broke down on a Saturday evening. I sent a text message to Smartcool late Sunday morning. They arrived at our home Monday afternoon. Keep in mind we are having 100 degree temperatures. You know their phone was ringing off the wall. Given these conditions, they arrived much faster than I thought was possible. It was determined that our fan motor need to be replaced. Barry was back the next morning replaced the fan motor and everything was cool(no pun intended.) The next evening we had a issue, not related to the first service call. WE called Smartcool, they came to our home the next morning assessed and fixed the problem first time out.
