I have never met a more dedicated and thorough technicians anywhere. I have lived all over the country and never have I seen a better company than Pine Bluff Heating & Air. Their products are reliable. Yes things go wrong and things happen but I always, always, always had the best experience with Pine Bluff Heating and Air!!! Other companies do not even compare to the PBHA, they are hands down the best in the area and even the State of Arkansas as far as I am concerned. Temps were over 95* and my 31 year old unit went out. Pine Bluff Heating and Air had me up with a new unit in no time. Everyone, and I mean everyone, involved were professionals. They even tried to get my old unit running long enough to get the new one installed. You very rarely get to do business with such friendly and knowledgeable people in every department from sales, service and installation. I wish I could give them 6 stars!
