Thank you Bert Black for, once again, coming to my rescue. This time, Philip was our “knight in shining armor.” Philip came out quickly, assessed the problem with my AC, gave me a few options on how to go about fixing it and then quickly fixed the issue using a condensation pump. Thanks again!
The representatives and repairman were extremely responsive to our needs. They handled all of our repair work professionally and expeditiously. I give them 5 stars for every aspect of their work
Craig Handy came out to fix our unit after business hours and all the parts stores were closed. But Craig went back to the shop and repaired the part so that we wouldn't have to be without air all night. THANKS Craig
