absolutely horrible service , i go here all the time always great work but im furious today i arrived at 3-4 didnt leave until 7 i had to tell her how to do her job cause she didn’t know how to do it i don’t understand why u are on the floor if u cant do nails , cut me many times blood is all over my fingers and blamed it on me like it was my fault never takes responsibility for their actions my nails are absolutely hideous glue was everywhere made my fingers stuck together overall i shouldve gave a 1 star but i was feeling generous boo .

This place has very low standards. Does John still operate this nail shop? When they finish you think a kid did your nails. 10 years ago this was the best shop in this area. Just like everything else quality down but prices are up. Who can tell me what’s in a $35 pedicure?

I went to Mimi’s to get my nails done and I showed the guy a picture of the nail color I wanted. The guy rushes me and told me I need to hurry. I then selected a color quickly because he told me he was very busy. I noticed a lady came in who was the opposite color of me. The nail person was very patient with her and she took as much time she needed to pick out her nail color. They never said anything to herI never understand why people are so rude and we are paying our money for a service. ? ?
