Excellent experience with their chimney sweep, chimney cleaning, creosote removal, and airflow improvement services. The technician was knowledgeable and very thorough. They removed dangerous buildup and improved the overall performance of my fireplace. I noticed immediate improvement in smoke flow and efficiency. The team was polite, punctual, and professional. Everything was completed without any mess. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.
The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. After completing a detailed gas fireplace cleaning, they checked everything thoroughly and left the area spotless. We also appreciated their expertise during the chimney sweep service. Their commitment to quality work really stood out, and we will definitely use them again.
FM_ESC Electrical ltd & Chimney's Services is the only chimney company I’ll ever use again. We had what we thought was a minor draft issue, but Oliver’s chimney inspection revealed something much more serious, a thick layer of creosote and a partially collapsed liner. He explained that we were at risk of a chimney fire. Thankfully, his team could perform both the cleaning and chimney repair the same week. They were extremely thorough, replacing the damaged liner and sealing the masonry to prevent future problems. Their work was clean, efficient, and done with obvious care for our home.
