I love the staff, my teeth are in better shape than they ever have been. I never wait for more than 2-3 minutes before I’m in the chair. Dr Fleming cares about your dental health. And I trust him fully.

I believe we were we some of Dr. Fleming’s first customers. He was was over on Willow Street I believe off of W. 28th Street. Have been going to him every since & now live in Hot Springs. Will continue to go there as long as I am able to drive to Pine Bluff. Love him & all of his staff❤️

I was looking for a new Dentist, everyone recommended me straight to Dr. Fleming. Everyone is so friendly & the service is great! I highly recommend!
