I met him today , my car broke down and he stop to help me. we were still 10 miles from where we were headed, he helped us with our problem . so I want to say a very big thnk you to him and if you need work done call him please.Thanks

I just had my screens made and installed by Bates after trying to install them myself. They came right out and helped me! They were very nice and friendly!! You will never be able to beat the timely service or friendly customer service!!
