We are so thankful for J.W. Tucker Electric& HVAC! We got home to our A/C being out last night. Yay. Despite it being after hours, Josh showed up within 30 minutes of being called and nailed down the problem(s) within 15 minutes! He contacted Carrier (after hours) to get the supplies he needed and got the job done in less than an hour! It was my husband's birthday so we just stepped out of the house and let him work. He was gone when we got home (he called to let us know when he left) and he had even swept up the insulation that had fallen on the floor! Josh was such a pleasure to work with! Very professional, yet friendly! We will absolutely be using them again!
