I can't explain how pleased I am with the care I received today. Ms Maddox went above and beyond to explain everything to me. She had already gone over my health record from my stay in the hospital and had written notes about what she wanted to be sure and talk with me about. She made me feel so hopeful that they would find out want is wrong with me. She is going to set up two of my procedure for the same day about the same time. That is beyond what I ever expected. I absolutely love her. She is definitely an asset for Mercy.
