I came in from out of town and the ball to my septum had fallen out and I needed it replaced. The owner was super helpful and replaced it for me just like that and everyone inside was also very nice. I highly recommend this shop! :)

Mr. Ortiz is excellent business owner. His passion for customer service is so evident. He makes you feel welcome in his shop. He even gave me a boost because my battery was dead after I received my awesome tattoo. I enjoy doing business here and will continue to do so for years to come. 2 thumbs up!
