About Arkansas Methodist Medical Center
Arkansas Methodist Medical Center has a rich history, originating from the Dickson Memorial Hospital that opened in 1907. The current facility, dedicated in 1949, has grown to serve a larger community with 71 beds. The hospital features a restaurant that provides meals for patients and visitors, and recent reviews indicate that staff in the hospital are attentive and caring. Many patients appreciate the excellent care from doctors and nurses, with one describing the staff as very helpful and attentive during their stay. Patients also mention that the hospital has shown improvement in recent times, with quicker and more helpful service. For example, one reviewer highlighted how the staff took their situation seriously and helped in every way possible. A family member shared positive feedback about their grandma’s care, praising the nurses, doctors, and staff for the good treatment and quick responses from the medical team, including Dr. Hallak. However, there are some concerns about the emergency room services, with previous experiences involving difficulties with IV placement. Despite this, overall, Arkansas Methodist Medical Center is recognized for its compassionate care and dedicated staff. Experiences can vary, but many patients now see the hospital as a reliable and caring place for their health needs.

Came in cause I was in agonizing pain. Nurses and the doctor were all very quick and professional. Was only there for probably 3 and a half hours ish. Turns out I had a kidney stone. Everything went great!
