We broke down at Love's in Ozark earlier. Upon receiving recommendations we called for a tow and they were able to tow us and repair vehicle in about an hour. Price was unbelievably inexpensive. If you ever break down like we did. This is the place to call. Thank you Happy Customer.
We were visiting family in NWA and were headed back to Little Rock, when our vehicle completely lost power. I called, and they were on their way immediately. I’m a mechanic in another world of work so no expert car mechanic , but I immediately told him I felt like the battery or alternator was shot. We jumped the car, and the battery continuously died once I attempted driving. He confirmed alternator was no longer charging the battery. He said he could get a cheap one that usually doesn’t have the legs (life span) of the OEM part, or we could secure the OEM part in the morning. AAA sent Ken's Towing when my family and I got stranded on I-40 after our car started overheating, and I couldn’t be more thankful.
