Our tractor trailer was off the side of the road, in some trees and then stuck in mud. IT was a real mess. Not only did they tow our truck, but were also able to make a repair we needed so we did not have to go to another mechanic. They even helped calm down a situation we had. Everyone here was so professional and compassionate.
Traveling from Tulsa to Nashville pulling a 44’ toy hauler and we found ourselves with a broken leaf spring. We were 20 minutes from their shop and were able to come to them. They got is in quickly and took care of things and got us on the road within a few hours. Very kind and great to work with!
As I was leaving work today, (of course in a hurry and on a strict time schedule), I locked my keys in my truck. I called Ken’s and asked if they could help me out with getting my door unlocked. The lady on the phone got my address and had a gentleman to me within 10 minutes. The Gentleman that came out was very nice, and genuine. He told me he was going to get me back in my truck as quick as he could. He had my truck door opened working a minute. Very nice team and affordable. 10/10 recommend.Service: Car lockouts
