My family needed a floral arrangement for a recent funeral. Luckily, this florist was down the street from the funeral home, and they were recommended by a family member who lives in the area. According to my (very picky) family members, the arrangement was beautiful. They called me before they created the arrangement to let me know that they would have to substitute some flowers, which was great. Most importantly, they delivered an arrangement and did so on time. I would absolutely use this florist again, but hopefully under better circumstances.
