The property I was buying had a substantial foundation problem that I had evaluated by TWO national firms, yet neither even quoted the full scope of work required. When Alton performed his general inspection, I learned enough about the total condition of the property was so deteriorated that I couldn't afford to be chained to a money pit. His thorough report helped me lose a lot of money. If you need a great inspection service, ATN is what you need.
If you need a home inspection done...Alton is fantastic. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to explain everything. The report was easy to understand and very thorough. If I ever buy another house, I will be a repeat customer.
Alton is by far the most thorough home inspector I have ever dealt with.
