“I love love LOVE this gym! All the trainers there are wonderful! But I have to say, I have a the best trainer ever! She listens to my physical needs and desires, planning workouts accordingly. She works with any physical ailments I may have going on and recommends other exercises or stretches to achieve the movements to target particular muscles. She is well versed, intuitive and informative.“
