So, first, let me start by saying if u had to wait for a haircut here longer than 15 minutes, there's a reason. And usually it's your own fault. You have to check in. App, browser, in store. It's how they operate. And you might have to go through a few stylists before you get a good one. To your own preferences of course. I don't usually give 5 stars for any place because that means that place is perfect. Everyone will have their own experience of course. I been coming here 10 years easy. Have I had some iffy cuts? I go to Sports Clips when I travel in order to try to keep consistency. Normally it works, this one didn't.I specifically asked to keep my hair longer on the top to cover two huge scars on top of my head.She cut so much hair off the top of my head, I walked out feeling like I did when I left basic training.Time for a hat for a few weeks...
