Smith NLR Funeral Home was awesome every step of this painful process. Even though Mom had pre-planned and pre-paid for the entire process there is still a of details to cover. Amanda Smith walked myself along with my sons through each and every detail, from A to Z. Her attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is outstanding. We never felt rushed on left with unanswered questions. Today I had my first meeting with Allison of the After Care unit. I must admit I've been feeling a little overwhelmed after the Burial unit our meeting. We used this funeral home when my dad passed a couple years ago and then again recently when my mom passed. I can't really compare them to other funeral homes because I've never used anyone else. What I can say is they have the most friendly staff. Always smiling and ready to listen ready to offer a shoulder. All bases were covered and thanks to preplanning there was nothing for me to worrry about. Everything was just as discussed and planned. No surprises. No hidden fees. Highly recommend!

I would not hesitate to recommend these fine folks during any family’s time of need for final services of a loved one.
