After lightning struck our home on Nov. 30th and caused a subsequent fire which affected several rooms in our house, we decided to call SERVPRO of Northwest Little Rock to mitigate the fire, smoke, and water damage. A SERVPRO representative came out less than 24 hours after the fire on a Saturday morning and did a great job explaining the cleanup process. The Monday after the fire, the entire SERVPRO team, including Ed and Todd (who have been great to work with) arrived at our house ready to get started. The pack out team was also very professional, helpful, courteous, and reassuring during this stressful time.
