Billy D. was here on time, and did a thorough check of my gas heater system. He suggested i need one or two more carbon monoxide detectors in my home, as well, which i will get done ASAP. He was polite and courteous and informative. He was patient with our yappy dog that i had to move to the back of the house; sorry about that. She is not dangerous, just loud. i joined the Sanders Care program, so this visit was free. i believe this is a good value, especially since my home is older and in need of frequent assistance in taking care of it to keep us safe.
Joe Holmes was very informative on what he saw wrong and what he needed to do for the repair. He got right to work. Once he was finished he went over what was done, offered suggestions for keeping our unit productive. One of the best!
We had a plumbing issue that turned bad overnight. My husband was searching and calling around for someone to come out this morning. He came across Sanders and they were the only company that could give an exact time for when they would be able to come out. I appreciated the fact that we received a text with the picture and name of the professional that would be assisting us today. Chad arrived at the time quoted, introduced himself, listened to my husband explain what was happening and got right to work. He had us fixed up in about 30 minutes or so. We appreciate the professional service.
