Planet Fitness is a gym chain with over 2,400 locations. Customers describe the environment as great, clean, and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and showers. The club is impeccably clean and maintained regularly. The location is perfect, with a massive amount of parking. The gym is often praised for its modern equipment, including a good selection of cardio machines. Some locations have a variety of free weights and functional areas. Staff are noted for their friendliness and helpfulness, readily answering questions and assisting members. There are a couple of employees who are not as friendly, but otherwise, the customer service is good. One excellent trainer, Nikki Loftuf, is great at transforming people to get in shape. Planet Fitness also offers tanning beds. There are no hair dryers available in the changing rooms.

I’m a truck driver so parking is first concern and this location wasn’t a worry. Parking in the back where trucks belong but I also pulled in and parked out of the way in front and there weren’t any signs and they weren’t up tight about it. Showers were hot, water fountain was cold, equipment was all up to par, and it was a good atmosphere all around. Good location and hopefully I’ll be back. Thank you

I've been a member for a couple of years and have never seen anything that would make me change my membership. The employees greet members with a smile and a friendly greeting. The gym and the bathroom are always clean. The employees are usually busy keeping things clean and do a good job of it.

Natalie has been an incredible help to me in creating a work out plan and also very thorough with showing how the equipment is used. I don’t feel so overwhelmed and intimidated which was always my issue other times I’ve tried working out.
