This is the worst Dr Office like u be having a appointment for a certain time n be sitting n they waiting room 2 or 3 hours cus they over booking people they don’t care if you got children or other things to do or nothing like after today im changing

This has to be the worst pcp I’ve ever been too, the reviews under here are years old but still hold weight because it’s the same problems even as of now in 2023 bout to be 2024! And the front desk lady is sooooooooo slow I mean she’s the slowest and have the nerve to be annoyed when you’re impatient with her. And she takes up a lot of time on purpose. If you’re gonna be in a “ I’m gonna take my sweet precious time “ mindset, then you don’t need to work in a setting like this that has to do with peoples health. Very unprofessional I’m warning everyone in the state of Arkansas please do not go here. You’ll. Regret it terribly

They said I used all my visits. I have only been seen in the past year 4 times and allowed 12 so how they fig? They don't take your concerns seriously and they talk over the patients. They say what they want and don't listen.
