A new business as of January 2021, and didn't have signs up yet. I posted a photo of what the business looks like so other Yelpers could spot it--the address on Yelp is correct. Nation is the owner and he previously worked at one of the big name auto mechanics. So he used a similar protocol for the routine oil change I went in for--checked everything, made notes for me in writing on my printed receipt of the status of certain elements of my car (eg brake pads and when they'd need changing). I also felt I could trust him because I suggested we go ahead with changing the brake pads and he encouraged me that I could wait, educated me on the signs to know when it was time to come in. This trust is something you don't get at the dealership! I marked it 4/5 stars since the shop is getting set up, so it didn't have the signage yet or a great lobby, although there is a room with seating to wait in. But those things aren't that important to me--I prefer someone good at their job and trustworthy. A great thing was how convenient it was to schedule --I called in the morning, he got me in that afternoon.
