I had a consultation appointment and the next week was able to have my surgery. At first I did not want to go the PRK route so Aaron made sure all my tests were done perfectly as the first set of scans had come back looking like I was going the prk route. Aaron took me back for a repeat set of tests as I voiced a concerned with the recovery time of prk and really didn’t want to go that route. After doing a repeat Dr Pouly did in fact recommend PRK instead of lasik. He thoroughly explained why prk and not lasik. He turned his screen to show me the results of my tests and was able to explain it in great detail and in terms I could understand. The whole procedure took what felt like less than 5 minutes. I was able to listen to my choice of music during the procedure. I raised up from the procedure table and could instantly already see better than I could pre procedure. The Post op instructions were clear to understand on the piece paper and the staff went over them with you. They provided sunglasses for you to walk out of your appointment and a sample of saline drops in case you forgot yours to get you home. The post op medications were mailed directly to my house. Dr Pouly even called to check up on me over the weekend to make sure everything was going okay. The office was clean, organized, and staff is extremely kind. Veronica explained the financial terms in detail and went over the consents with me. I did not feel like just another customer getting a procedure done. Dr. Pouly and his staff truly care about their patients and their experiences.

I am thrilled with my results, and I'm so thankful for them during this process! After being in contacts for as long as I can remember, this experience has changed my life, and I can't thank the team at Little Rock Eye enough!
