So much time is spent analyzing and diagnosis issues, from fungal issues to drought stress and on to extremely rare almost microscopic pests. The lengths that are gone through to actually help people with their goals are quite astounding. Knowing the details of the amount of herbicides used vs competitors is truly something to feel good about. As far as results, they speak for themselves, grass needs to be mowed but it is carpet <3“

“Going the Extra Mile did a superb job for me. It was the first time I had built a house. Cedric looked after me all the way because I was by myself. While doing the job, he thought of things that were needed that I never thought of. He explained what it was and explained how he would do it. Both my back and front yards have a fairly good slope. Every time he got the dirt prepped for the sod, it would rain, washing the dirt to the wrong places, and he’d have to do it all over again, which he did every time. At the end of the house where the crawl space door is, the yard slopped off. The builder was just going to leave it like that. Cedric built some nice steps with an iron handrail and a stone sidewalk going right up to the crawl space. It was nice and safer for me. He was out at my house every day for about 3 to 4 months making sure everything was just right! He and his men went the extra mile for me!“

“I have been to Botanica several times now. I recently found a new love of tropical house plants, so I have been visiting local establishments when I can. The lovely brunette lady showed me around the store and chatted plants my first time, which I found very sweet. She has been occupied several times, but has always said hi. They normally have a large selection of houseplants, from a few aeroids and carnivorous,to shrubs and African violets. On my last visit, the grey haired lady was there, and I feel like I was barely noticed. She was busy getting the scoop on travel plans with some "affluent" ladies. There wasn't much inventory last time, either. But overall, I give them 4*s“

“I’ve never used this company before, but let me tell you what I witnessed yesterday. I was at the gas station yesterday morning in Cabot and a man in a positive growth truck was there, in line inside the store in front of me. In front of him was a woman trying to buy a bottle of water and gas with a $20 bill. For whatever reason, the gas station couldn’t accept her cash. This man told the clerk to add her bottle of water to his bill. She was sweet and asked if he was sure. He said yes. She said “but I need gas too.” He said “add her gas to my bill.” She asked him again “Are you sure? Do you want this $20?” He told her ? “I’m sure. Use that money for something for your baby.” She thanked him multiple times. He paid for it all and left without another word. I would like to recognize this random act of kindness. I’ve seen their trucks around and have considered lawn maintenance in the past but have never used anyone. This company just proved to me that when nobody is looking they have integrity, humankindness, and empathy. For that reason alone, if I ever need a service, I will be calling them.“
