Everything about Terry James was great! It was my second time to use them as a custom home builder. Communication is great. James Tree ServiceThis company is very professional from Terry James returning phone calls to his crew putting a tarp under bucket truck exhaust pipe so the grass wouldn't die. They go the extra step. Terry communicated that he was running a bit behind which was a nice change from sitting and waiting. The crew was respectful and knowledgeable on what each was to do. We had a huge oak tree trimmed - too many limbs hanging over the roof. We were very pleased with the job completed! Thanks Terry!
Superior work by the talented crew that came and removed a damaged tree from my yard. The indiviual skills displayed to operated the crane, knowing where to cut, operate the chain saws were impressive. Everything completed in less than 4 hours.
