About Dr. Brad A. Thomas, M.D. | Little Rock Neurosurgery Clinic -

Dr. Brad A. Thomas, M.D. of Little Rock Neurosurgery Clinic is described as an awesome and great doctor who knows how to take care of any back issues. He is brief but exact during visits, having thoroughly reviewed each case and trying to take the most conservative route for treatment. His manner is polite and confident, with clear and confident communication. Patients trust him completely. He installs spinal stimulators and is considered the very best. God has blessed him with the ability to perform delicate and difficult spine surgeries, and he gives God all the glory. Entire experiences from office visits, surgery, and hospital stays are positive, with exceptional care. One patient, almost 2.5 years out from Spinal Decompression and Fusion, could not walk from severe nerve pain but can now walk at a good pace without severe pain down both legs, keeping up with grandchildren. The care at ASH was phenomenal. He is described as the best doctor ever met, always for his patients.

I met with Dr Thomas and he ordered an updated MRI and when I went back to see him, after the new MRI, he pulled up the new MRI and showed me what the problem was and I had surgery about a month later. My immediate reaction was that I have surgical pain, but the pain that I was having from my back issues was gone!!
I felt great for about 3 weeks and then the pain returned! I went back and I was referred to pt, which I did and it didn’t help. I am actually going to see him today because the pain is getting worse. We’ll see what he says. He’s a great doctor and has a great demeanor.

I have seen Dr. Thomas for many years and have undergone three surgeries through his clinic and Arkansas Surgical Hospital. He is brief but exact during your visits, because he has already reviewed your case thoroughly and tries to take the most conservative route for treatment. His manner is very polite and confident. I trust him completely.
