I have used Desert Rose in the past with good results. This time, I had poor results. They did not get my carpet clean. It took me a while to reach the service manager, as she had been out sick. The owner also reached out to me. I had a different employee re-clean my carpet. It turned out beautiful, just like the first time. They went above and beyond to provide excellent cleaning service. Would I recommend their cleaning service? Yes, with full confidence.

The staff was friendly - both on the phone and in person. They were able to come clean the carpet and upholstery the next day. The guys were very polite and did a great job. We will use Desert Rose again! ? Lori with Goodness Village (nonprofit providing apartments for medical patients)
