Scott made the whole process seamless and easy. He always had my interest as priority number one when it came to house shopping. He checked on issues that I did not even conceive as possible just to make sure that I have all the information I need. I would rate higher if I could.
We would have been wiser to use a more local agent. Scott had a low listing fee, but he overpriced the house and by the time we dropped to where it needed to be it had been on the market too long and didn't sell even in a sellers market. He knew up front our timeline but didn't judge the market correctly.
