Had a great experience working with this company. They had the best price for a dehumidifier and their customer service to resolve an issue that was not their fault really made me want to work with this company again in the future.
First of all, I am really happy for the people who had good experiences with Cleaners Connection. My first impression of Cleaners Connection was not good. I telephoned Cleaners Connection to find out if they did any repair work on high speed floor burnisher equipment. The initial rep on the phone seemed friendly enough and positive that they did the kind of work I needed. He transferred me to the repair department where whoever answered the phone could not even manage to introduce himself. I had to ask if I was transferred to the repair department. He confirmed with a less than friendly "Yeah. I'm the owner." Again I asked if they did repair work on high speed floor buffers....read full review
These folks are awesome I bought a van and truckmount from them in 2017 and just recently had my first mechanical issue on my Prochem Blazer GT. Gene was able to walk me through the repair over the phone and through a few emails and even showed me the parts I could buy at the local parts store so I didn't have to wait on shipping. Now I have my truck running 100% before one of the busiest weeks of the year. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
