“I had the most relaxing and wonderful experience at The Shampoo Bar NLR in North Little Rock, AR. From the moment I walked through the door, Cassandra, the manager, made me feel truly cared for. I was a little unsure about what services I needed since I had just taken my braids down two days earlier, and I wasn’t exactly sure what my hair and scalp required. Cassandra took the time to observe my hair and asked me what I was looking for. Her advice was spot on she recommended a scale treatment, shampoo and deep conditioning based on her observation, and she made sure I was comfortable with her suggestions before moving forward. The entire session lasted about an hour and a half, and I can honestly say it was top-tier service. I was so relaxed that I even fell asleep while my hair was being deep conditioned. And if that wasn’t enough, Cassandra also gave me a much-needed arm massage that left me feeling completely pampered.
