The staff was friendly and helpful. Both the nurse and Dr. Ebony Thompson were amazing. They were helpful answered questions and made my overall visit very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who’s in need of one.
Super pleased with their services! The receptionist was very patience & pleasent. The nurse and NP or Dr. (not sure which one) were very caring and their level of concerns about visit was such a comforting feeling in it's own. The NP shared some fitness tips and education on eating right when strength training to avoid aches and pains that are cause by poor dieting while exercising. Hopefully she took care of my sinus issues as well, I only said that because I'm currently taking meds. and will know later the outcome. NP/Dr. Ebony T is a great health care provider!
APN Ebony was very professional, and she really listened! It was a welcome change from having a doctor to come in spend 2 minutes, give you a prescription and walk out. Ebony actually listened. She told me how prevalent the flu was in the community. She carefully listened to my symptoms and, carefully examined me. Very good attitude even though I knew that she most likely knew I had the flu early on in the visit, she still listened. That was very reassuring to me and meant a lot. I was so sick .Thank you Baptist for a hiring such a professional, caring and personable provider!
