My issue was resolved and handled professionally without any problems. I called about overgrown grass and it was removed. I appreciate the communication. The before and after are a dramatic improvement.

I wouldn't bury my dog here, the grounds keepers damaged my wife's headstone, and Steve has lied to me for going on six months about replacing it.
He asked me to call him back twice about updates, and I gave him more time than he mentioned both times. When I've called, it's been lie after lie.
Last time I called him, it was supposed to be in that day. I asked for him to text me when it did along with a picture.........still waiting on the lie, I mean, call and picture.......maybe he's thinking of a new one to tell me.

My mother and father are buried there as well as my youngest brother. My mother’s vase that I put in and closed was gone when I was there a few weeks ago. Otherwise the only thing is the landfill but I worked for that company and didn’t know they’d be moving the cells over there. Who can I talk to about a private matter about a stone?5/29/2022 Spoke to someone (I emailed and was called back) and was told my parents’ vase had been replaced and I was sent a photo of the vase where it belonged. Thank you!

My nephew along with others I know buried out there, trying to figure out why they remove flowers in vase they said after 10 days , umm how do you know when they were put out, alot of the flowers like fake ones are ok longer than 10 days we just want something on our loved ones . Please leave the flowers in vase Alone there not hurting you or the mowers . Thanks

Trying to be fair. It was a beautiful space years ago but I they need to limit burials, or plant new grass seeds. It'd be nice to have lush grass around the headstones. And I wish they allowed beveled or slanted headstones. My mom's was ruined due to whatever reason and has been dented and the vases base was bent.

My mom was buried there on, June 2018.I love how they work with you in the design of the head stone and how understanding as well as professional they all were……..having a payment plan and the Incentive of paying it off quickly made a difference in me being able to complete my moms wishes…..The cemetery is very well kept, they also offered to place a picture of my mom or a small refund if paid off in 9 months. I thought that was really nice I glad I choose Arkansa Memorial Gardens as my moms finally resting place

Most racist company ever they will play the game like you’re important until u leave especially if your of African American race worked for 5 yrs with no insurance while operating heavy machinery and while expected to work in extreme conditions outside was told several times if u pass out your fired. This company is a modern day plantation
