When is the most best time for Air Conditioning to go out? NEVER!!! Since there are many competitors in the HVAC space, when it's 104 degrees with no cool place to hide, you have to make a decision FAST. Justin, All American H/A owner, is a no-nonsense, succinct and capable guy to trust with this (expensive proposition). Reasonable, eye to eye when speaking, and within minutes, Justin made his quote, which no one else beat. But the most impressive & incredibly valuable thing was, as a disabled person with 'round the clock issues, was the offer to bring over two window air conditioners to get us through until the unit ordered came in. We had discovered our second floor AC wasn’t working when we came home last Monday. Call many places including our regular HVAC companies, but this was the only place willing to show up at night. The AC came back on after the bad capacitor was replaced.
