Just got my annual heating inspection completed by one of the best service techs ever. Not only answered all my many questions while he was working up in the garage attic he took the vent covers down so I could clean them prior to changing out filters. Never knew they were removable until today. Bottom line wonderful job by James Glover and delighted he was our service tech. Eric did an outstanding job cleaning out the vents and putting up new grills and installing, rewrapping and sealing.Eric was very knowledgeable about his job. He takes pride in his work and ensuring that the customer is satisfied. He seems to really enjoy what he does. Eric was very personable and respectable while entering and exiting our home. He was also able to troubleshoot a few issues that he have had in the past with out AC Unit. Thank you Eric for your professionalism and for treating us and our home with respect.
New energy efficient AC installed 26 July, already AC has quit working TWICE, technician came out and stated drip pan was installed incorrectly which shut off the unit, stated he fixed the problem but it did cause compressor to overheat, tested compressor and air worked for one day, air is again not working today; will NOT come on at all; call is in again, house is humid. Original AC unit worked fine but was 20 yrs old and wouldn’t turn off, get a new one and it won’t come on. 13k later on a humid Fri night I’m angry and should not have this problem.
