Paid $700 to have the A/C fixed 8 days ago. Same exact problem started again. Called yesterday and scheduled an appointment from 4pm-8pm today. Mind you I'm on vacation and coordinating someone to be at the house. They called me at 3pm and I missed their call (again due to being on vacation and not expecting a call at that time). They said they'd still be coming. At 7pm when I asked for an update they said the appointment window was until 8pm and I was still on the schedule. At 7:22pm the tech called and said he was finishing up a job and then would be on his way. It is now 9pm and no one has shown up or even bothered to call saying it would be tomorrow. 0/5 🌟. update 10pm at night on a week night and the tech is just now on his way and unable to reschedule. unreal.
