Bonita Goodnight was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. She knew the area and the property she was selling. She gave solid information on the current market. We are not from around here and asked many questions. She was patient with our questions about things that weren't issues here as well as pointing out things we would need to consider.Definitely recommend!
