Terrible company.They may have been good at one time but they are currently managed by people who are not really interested in quality patient care and they take no responsibility for their mistakes.The person responsible for ordering supplies failed to order my colostomy bags. When I ran out waiting for an order that was never placed, their response was "Sorry about that. You'll have to make due.". Apparently they have never lived with a colostomy and are not interested in knowing what happens when you don't have colostomy bags.
